OEM products and refurbished printers are excluded from our 1-Year money-back guarantee. All OEM products purchased from Colorsmax.com can be returned for a refund, or requested to be replaced within 30-days from the customer’s original purchase date. Refurbished printers come with a 90-day warranty from the initial date of purchase.

RETURNS

Colorsmax.com brand of ink or toner products for replacement should be accomplished within 365 days of the purchase date. To make a return claim, we will ask you to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. A RMA number ensures that we can track and resolve the claim accordingly. Returns without RMAs will be refused.

EXCHANGES
Similar to a returns claim, you will need to have a RMA number first so that you may return the incorrect or defective Colorsmax.com brand product(s) back to us. An exchange is only applicable if it is made within 365 days upon the original item purchase date.

All such Original Products sold will be free from manufacturer defects (form, fit, and function) for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration, repairs or any action that is not in accordance with the Original Products’ use voids the warranty. The 1-year warranty only extends on Colorsmax’ Original Products and does not cover damages of your devices like printer or computer, or damages to non-devices such as clothing, floors, tables, and related. This warranty does not apply to OEM Products or Refurbished Printers.
